I love Erica’s! Seriously such a wonderful experience every time I go. I usually work with Carolyn, the owner, when I’m there who is super knowledgeable and also has great taste. Claudia and Erin are also so sweet and helpful! They have a wide selection and will show you great options and are super accommodating to different tastes/styles. I also LOVE that it’s a family run business! Makes you feel very at home and taken care of. It’s always a delight to go to Erica’s and get myself something new :)

Erica's is my favorite jewelry store whenever I'm in town!! My favorite part is how personal they made picking out jewelry for my daughter. They were able to help me pick out the perfect earring and necklace combo. It was so cool to see the talent behind their work!! I will come back here every time I need new jewelry, I had so much fun! I worked with Irene I believe her name was.

Erica's Jewelry is the ONLY place my family and I shop at for beautiful and timeless jewelry! For several years now, we will make the trip to Erica's to check out their new collections, and the staff there make the experience enjoyable. They are knowledgeable about each type of jewelry offered, and are fantastic at making custom suggestions for family member gifts. Every year I hope I find jewelry from Erica's under the Christmas tree. Thank you Vanessa for all your help this year!

This is a wonderful establishment. My good friend brought me here recently and what a discovery! The jewelry is beautiful…so many exquisite pieces with varying price ranges…making it easy to find just the perfect gift. I have been here twice now in just a few short months and each time I have purchased a beautiful piece for myself but also a very pretty piece as a gift. There are also so many choices if one is not necessarily looking for finer, more expensive jewelry. The women who work here are incredibly welcoming, helpful and so sweet. They are genuine and sincere and want to ensure that you are happy with your selection(s). In addition, they are very accommodating. The store is so attractive, filled with all that sparkles and glistens. Knowing that at Erica’s you can also get items repaired, sized, cleaned…and perhaps even sell jewelry you might no longer wear enhances the attractiveness of this store. Honestly, I just love Erica’s and there is NO doubt that I will be returning there in the future! Thank you for helping to make my shopping experiences so much fun and so successful.

Erica’s Jewelry store is truly a gem located in Park Ridge!! Beautiful selection of fine and affordable jewelry. The pieces are unique and of high quality with experienced, friendly helpful staff. Great place for gifts Xmas, birthday, communion, baptism, engagements and any special occasion! Doesn’t hurt to make your own wish list which stays in the store for your boyfriend/hubby or anyone looking for you! Check them out -will not disappoint!
